Common questions related to booking and planning private events
How far in advance can you book an event?
You can book a party with us up to 12 months in advance. We recommend booking an event 4-6 weeks in advance if possible, but can always accommodate last-minute groups.
Can I rent out the entire venue or just a floor or one section?
Yes! Our event planners can guide you through the entire process, block of specific tables or areas, and even book your entertainment, DJ, or team-building activity.
Can we bring in outside food or a cake?
Yes! You can have your cake from a commercial bakery, but we do not allow outside food for private events
I am not quite sure what my per person budget is, should I still reach out to discuss options with an event planner?
Yes! Our event team has worked with just about any budget, and it’s always nice to know what your options are based on your group size or needs.
Can we have the sound on for a game for our group?
Depending on the date and space you book, you may also be able to have dedicated event sound. We suggest asking one of our event planners to know for sure.
What’s a semi-private event?
Semi-private events allow you and your guests to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere while sharing the space with other events and patrons. Our experienced team is dedicated to maintaining the distinction of your event and providing you with personalized service through dedicated staff.
What is the definition of a cocktail-style event?
Cocktail-style events feature a mix of seating and standing, rather than a formal sit-down dinner for every guest.
